PPY Bridge — Autonomous Ticket-to-Shipment Pipeline
The Problem
Support tickets and change requests pile up. Each one needs a developer to read it, scope it, write the code, review it, test it, open a pull request and ship it — a multi-hour round trip per task, with context lost between tools and sessions.
Our Approach
We built the PPY Bridge: a knowledge vault, task manager and communications hub that doesn't just track work — it ships it. Incoming tickets (from Telegram, email or a client's own app) are automatically assessed, classified by complexity and turned into structured tasks. With one click, the Bridge launches a managed Claude Code session that runs the full engineering pipeline autonomously — plan, implement, open a pull request, code review, end-to-end tests in a real browser, merge — streaming every step live. Each step can run on a different AI model to balance speed and cost. When it's done, the Bridge writes the solution back to the task and replies to the customer in their own language. A graph-style knowledge vault with full-text search gives every session complete project context, so nothing is ever re-explained.
The Result
Routine tickets that used to take a developer 2–3 hours are now scoped, built, reviewed, tested and shipped in minutes — with a full audit trail. On its first day live it shipped real customer tickets end-to-end, autonomously. It's the same engine that powers PPY's fixed-price delivery tiers.
