Custom Business Operating System
The Problem
A multi-brand Austrian manufacturer-retailer ran its business across Odoo, multiple Shopify stores, Microsoft 365, spreadsheets and an external helpdesk — with product data, customer communication, purchasing and time tracking all living in separate, disconnected systems.
Our Approach
We built a single in-house platform — every module designed, built and put into production individually. A Communications Hub unifies email, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram into one AI-assisted inbox, grounded on a company knowledge base with live ERP look-ups. A multi-brand PIM reconciles Odoo and Shopify product data field-by-field, with per-brand attributes, images, kit/BOM roll-ups and delivery ETAs. A Sales Hub runs the lead-to-customer funnel with scoring, quotes and Odoo-synced invoices. A purchasing and forecasting tool predicts demand from sales history, generates Odoo purchase orders, and even plans truck loading with a real bin-packing algorithm. An Austrian-labour-law-compliant time-tracking system — with its own native iOS/Android app — handles flextime, absences and DATEV/BMD payroll exports. Plus meeting intelligence, calendar sync, a knowledge base, ticketing and a white-label client portal.
The Result
The whole company now runs on one connected system instead of a patchwork of tools. Product data flows automatically between Odoo and every Shopify store — tens of thousands of images and product records reconciled in production — purchasing is forecast-driven instead of guesswork, and field staff track their time from a native app in their pocket.
