Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from any PPY Solutions application.

Affected Applications

This data deletion policy applies to all applications operated by PPY Solutions, including but not limited to:

  • ReSaleHUB — Second-hand inventory management platform
  • PPY Connect — Facebook & Instagram integration service (Meta OAuth)

What Data We Collect

When you use our applications or sign in via Facebook/Instagram, we may collect the following data:

  • Name, email address, and profile picture (from your Facebook/Instagram account or manual registration)
  • Authentication tokens for connected social media accounts
  • Content you create within the application (inventory items, listings, images)
  • Basic usage data and preferences

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, please send an email to the address below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Which application(s) you want your data deleted from
  • Whether you want a full account deletion or partial data removal

Deletion Process

  1. We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
  2. We may contact you to verify your identity for security purposes.
  3. Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we are required to complete your request within 30 days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we will notify you.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period after deletion to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records, invoices). Such data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose. This retained data will be permanently deleted once the legal retention period expires.
